Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of OmniGet, including accounts, subscriptions, billing, and acceptable use.
Last updated: September 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of omniget.lol and any related software, downloads, and services we provide (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to online services, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Accounts and sign-in
The Service is accessed through Google sign-in. We do not operate a separate password-based account system. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure, and for all activity that takes place through your account on the Service.
4. Subscriptions, credits, and billing
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the interval you select (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Subscriptions include a monthly allowance of download credits. Credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over unless we state otherwise. Unused credits are not refundable and have no cash value.
You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
5. Acceptable use
OmniGet is a technical tool for saving media you are entitled to save. You are solely responsible for how you use it and for complying with the law in your jurisdiction, the terms of any platform you access, and the rights of copyright owners.
- Do not use the Service to download, store, or distribute content you do not own or do not have permission to save.
- Do not use the Service to circumvent technological protection measures, paid access, or digital rights management where doing so is unlawful.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as your own product.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer for the purpose of extracting keys, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Do not use the Service to obtain, store, or distribute unlawful material of any kind.
6. Third-party platforms
The Service can retrieve media from third-party websites. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those platforms, and we do not control their content, availability, or terms. Platforms may change their technical behaviour at any time, which can affect whether a particular link can be processed.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, design, and branding. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing.
You retain all rights in the media you save. We claim no ownership over your files. Content remains the property of its respective rights holders.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific site or format will remain supported.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or for other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes to the Service and to these Terms
We may modify the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing terms and contact
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@omniget.lol.
